I see you point, and although I understand why this would make sense for 99% of artists, most of the reason his fan base is so energized is the fact that he doesn't dress "above them". When you meet this guy, he is like the random guy you just ran into at a get together. No stuck up "I'm better than you" outfit. Just him. Just plain music and a guy who plays it. Down to earth. Real. Peace, love, all that stuff. Most of the time he is wearing a shirt promoting another band or something. We need more of this. I hope you can see past the attire and just hear his message. @@JoshWoodby Well that's a kind reply. I get all that... but I think his voice is so unique and they all just look like they've been hanging out on the streets in Santa Cruz. ha. I didn't mean they have to OVER dress- but their presentation is very sloppy. They've put a lot of money, and creativity into their products, branding, logos, and packaging... but neglected their appearance- which isn't any different. I am on the higher age bracket most likely than their average fan base- I assume, so that's perspective I have.
