Like, if it gained additionaly +2 ap scaling from corner to corner, ASol who nurses his star from middle lane to bot would gain +100 damage tops by the mid game, from where it is basicaly turns from a gamble into YOLO. Which is fine balance-wise. By late game he would turn into siege machine. Well, more of a siege breaker. Like, you would prefer to abandon tower for a 5 seconds (which are enough to probably take it) rather than take 2 seconds stun and 1.5k damage. Which would give interesting mind games, like "is this ashole with them or did he go to the base for a star?" correct answer to which gives you an opportunity to 5v4. I dont see this being problematic at all. Not in a comparison with whataver Ritos current standarts of balanced are.
