Fun fact, i didnt hav much motivation when i did this video and the sword demo Im just dedicated to finish a video (i kinda force myself to finish a video xd) I dont rly have infinite motivation but the motivation mainly comes from seeing other animations and my youtube channel

imo a good fps is in between 12-24 (12 fps is a good starter) You can get used to basic movements with a lower fps first and see what you can do in the future but you could try various other fps out of the 12-24 fps range what matters is that you are comfortable working with what you have

one of the best sfx i found was pepper sfx www.mineimatorforums.com/index.php?/topic/54129-epic-sfx-for-fight-animations/ this link sends u to the sfx download also theres a link for sfx in the description i suggest getting a file converter since sn only supports mp3 sounds and most of the files in the links are not mp3 sounds

yes u can! fps is all up to ur preference this video just shows what fps that i use, feel free to change ur fps to ur preference

@@voltazer one question since u use 16-18 fps, in making a combo, how many frames do you put in between conact/hit frames? For ex: [hit](after 4 frames)[hit]. I wanna do combos that has fast hit after hit.

@@lev2223 for faster combos on 18 fps, i do 4 frames in between the hits if u do 24 fps, i suggest something like 6-8 frames in between if u want to have a fast combo style since 24 fps is already pretty fast

0:45 ok so example when u see a mountain in the distance, its not actually brown, its like light gray also when u look at a more saturated coloured bg, it looks more like a childs colouring work for some kind of colouring book (therefore kind of unrealistic) and when u look at the sky, its not like a fully vibrant light blue, its a less saturated light blue

there is a way to slow down the fps at certain point but you can only slow down the fps to like half, quarter, thirds, etc, (it can also be considered double framing, triple framing, etc) but other than that i dont think you can actually change the fps to a certain amount in a different slide or something like that

well syncing is pretty simple, i just have 2 devices (my phone and my ipad) all i do is play a song from the ipad and play the animation on my phone at the same time and make some adjustments to the animation so it syncs with the song also a fun fact: most of my synced animations were unintentional. when i was editing my intruder video with the music, the first part actually synced with the music for a bit and i liked it, so i just edited the rest of the parts that didnt sync and made it sync with the music (if i missed anything u asked me then pls tell me xd)

@@voltazer Thank you so much! I just adopted the pose to pose method and I've been improving so I've gained the confidence to try to add synced music fight scenes, One last question. What software do you use to add the music into your videos?

everything i do is with my phone, so i use iMovie

When I was watching I was confuse by key frames what are key frames. And also happy bday

Key frames are the main frames of an animation, its a guide for other frames to come in Just going for it (no key frames) is ok but u have to be really good at looking where to bring ur stick figure also thx for greeting :)

No problem thanks also for telling me but sometimes I would watch one of ur vids and try to make a combo but it just feels kinda slow and uneven i know how to change FPS it’s just so uneven I only been using stick nodes about 5 months so I’m not sure why it feels uneven my combo feels Horrible can make another tutorial on how u improved on stick nodes.

keyframes are just the main frames of an animation its kinda hard to explain on how to add keyframes but ill try my best add keyframes when ur starting an animation, if u want to get from 1 side of the camera to the other, make 2 frames that make a start to finish for ur stickfigure. then add a frame in between them and make sure the stick fig is in between the two stickfigs onion skin (the previous and the frame after) again sry if this doesnt make any sense, idk how to explain it properly so this is the best i can do
