When u push the sticker down do u push it until the sticker touches the mold or just enough for the resin covers the sticker

I notice that on some of my charms I can still see a little outline of my stickers if I hold the charm at certain angles. Is that normal? Is it possible to actually not see sticker outlines at all?

Will the sticker still work if the back is sticky? (Sorry if that doesn’t make sense 😬) I’ve got alphabet stickers all on one sheet that have to be peeled off separately

Depending on the brand of resin you're using. I've once used poor quality of resin that it turned yellow just after weeks. I suggest that you buy good quality of resin.
