You are correct about not taking too much, I find myself doing that every Friday! And I actually had a person who wasn’t flexible and refused to sign because I was late. Don’t think First Class will work with me ever again, but lesson learned. Be realistic with my time frames. 😔
Reyna, I always like to say "lesson learned" too. After all, they are valuable lessons. I for one am grateful for second chances. C2C has given me second chances when I have missed docs. because I was in a huge rush due to a last minute assignment and/or docs were late. But in that case, I think it is best to slow down a bit and just let the singer know in advance that you will do your best to get there asap but that you want to make sure you don't miss anything before leaving. I sometimes will text them when I'm on the way too. I've never had anyone mad that I was running a little late, but when I have tried to hurry to be there by the scheduled time, I overlooked an updated CD, for instance, and ended up paying the price by having to go out on a second trip, which is more of an inconvenience for them too than if I had been 30 mins. late to begin with. I must add Lisa and Virginia touched on many important aspects of SNA’s responsibilities and successes. If everyone follows your directions they will succeed. Also I am amazed by the volume of signing you guys do each day. I will be happy if I get two a day!
