Also mit 7,4 kg finde ich die MSA 300 nicht gerade leicht (inklusive Akku 500S) und teuer ist sie auch noch. Tut mir leid Stihl, aber Akku technisch ist Husqvarna noch besser. Die Husqvarna 540i XP wiegt nur 4,8 kg mit Akku, ich finde das ein großer Unterschied. Und von der Leistung her ist der Unterschied, dazu gering. Ich bin daher von Stihl auf Husqvarna gestiegen Akku technisch her. Aber das, muss jeder selbst entscheiden. Was ich sagen muss ist, aber das ihr die beste Benzin Säge habt, die MS 500i.

I don't understand anything you say because I only speck English, Spanish and Portuguese. The MSA300 is a joy power full machine and I have one as I have the 220C and 161T, never the less is like a Mustang GT with an empty tank of gas. 15 minutes in full power cutting oak using 80% of the bar and I am out of power on AP500S. To cut continuous like with a gas power saw I must be next to the house with charger 500 and at least 3 APP500S batteries. 90% of time not only the AP500S last very short time but also got hot and then take the charger no less then 15 minutes just to cool off the battery so it can start charging back again. Hope Stihl improves battery technology.

@@STIHLde Thank you for your reply. In fact last Saturday I went help a friend cutting two tractor loads of oak for his fire place, i take my 3 saws MSA300, 220C and 161T, he was the one who did all the cutting, at the end he call other friends and comment about the MSA300 performance, it went beyond his expectations. In fact is just the mater on how long the battery last, this time we have no problem because we were next to his barn and I have 3 AP500S, 3 AP300S, 1 AP300 and 1 ap200 batteries I have the charger 500 and always have one battery on the charger but if we happen to be out on the woods even with all this batteries we may run into trouble.

@@STIHLde Thank you. Also my MSA300 don't come with oil sensor can I order and install it? I was told from a Stihl dealer in Spain the MSA300 is not available yet in Spain and Portugal where I am from, mine I order it online from Holland.

@@STIHLde I already have same problem 2 times with my MSA300 and it be good for Stihl to place some kind sticker sign advising the user or owner. About a month ago I was cutting some oaks for a friend 4 hours later and after continue use going over 4 AP500S batteries while wayting for one batterie that was on the charger 500 to charge back I tell him to take out and clean the air filter witch he did but when tight back the screws on the plastic cap over the air filter he kind overtight the screws next day when I was going to remove the air filter to clean it again one of the screws just keep going and going around and I was not able to take off the plastic cap and need to take the saw to the Stihl dealer, they did remove it but 2 weks later same happen with same screw and this time was me and I am sure I NOT OVERTIGHT THE SCREW, again they fix it and then tell me thoes screws very much just have to be touched. Hope other owners not have same non sense problem I ended up having and Stihl on is part place some kind of a sign on machine that keep us a we're. Great saw I am very happy with, this incident to me feels kind riculos to had happen in this joyful saw, now I hope after the second time the friendly Stihl dealer in Xinzo Spain fix it for me this situation not happen again.
