I have a MS211, I cut the same amount of wood this season. It did good for me. 3 weeks ago I bought a MS271 to give me more horsepower and it sure does. By the way the cedar will burn fine in your fireplace. Pine is what you do NOT want to burn in a fireplace. You just don’t know your evergreen trees 🌲.
This saw ms211 is only good for smaller logs and light ground work no problem especially with a sharp chain,bigger stuff ms 271 you’ll do the work in half the time.
