I found this song when I moved to the desert. I used to listen to it on repeat driving around the desolate desert roads in the evenings with my dog. It has a special place in my heart.
I heard this song randomly a year ago, and at the night before my dog died this song was playing in my mind for some reason. Next day it showed up in my recommendations. I miss you Candy and I love you a lot.
Sometimes they remind me of Mazzy Star, a melancholic voice, and that desertic guitar halfway between the country and blues, I can't stop thinking about the late David Roback.
Dire que j'ai découvert Alex Serra et Totidub y'a seulement qqlq mois.. votre musique est vraiment sublime, un immense merci, pourvu qu'il y ait encore de nombreux albums et live à venir 🤞
This is such an excellent song. This band is one of the best bands I'd never heard of until recently. Kinda wish he'd been playing a steel guitar in this video. The version on the album is hauntingly beautiful and intense.
Lyrics: Hallo to drive the highways The sky ways just to get lost I pass so many places But won't break 'Cause I can't break your heart Driving through the dawn Calling from the station Leaving you a message That I'm gone I'm gone, gone, gone, gone Seasons change so fast They don't last And the leaves always fall Today is a new day And there's a clearing And the hope is long Driving through the dawn Calling from the station Leaving you a message That I'm gone Oh, I keep it going Oh, I keep it going Oh, I keep it going Oh, I keep it going Oh, I keep it going Oh, I keep it going Driving through the dawn Calling from the station Leaving you a message That I'm gone Driving through the dawn Calling from the station Leaving you a message That I'm gone Driving through the dawn Calling from the station Leaving you a message That I'm gone I'm gone, gone, gone, gone That I'm gone
I instantly liked this, and have listened to it a few times now, but I do wish there was more volume on her voice, it is hard to make out the words. The keyboard could be louder too. It is the drums and lead guitar carrying the entire piece.
@@beardymike77 wow it's actually sentence and it would need to be worded "finish as a sentence?" Plus saying "Wow I can't even" means you cant handle it. So it was a sentence minus the period at the end.
good drummer, rare one to find, its steady but its not fade out. good touch. good song. unlike bunch of other drummer this day that just want to show off their skill hit as many as fastest can be.
