Join us as we start a new stamped concrete project in Germantown Wisconsin. Still dealing with weather and other things but the work is going to get done one way or the other. Enjoy!
I worked for a general contractor for 15 years and Im unfortunately disabled now and unable to work anymore but watching your videos with you and your crew fills me with nostalgia and all the good memories I have doing what you guys do everyday. Keep up the great work! Proud of ‘ya!!
I Assume you got a back problem; Seems to hit a lot of hard working individuals. I know how hard it can be watching everyone else go to work while you can’t, but stay strong out there!
It started as a back problem but two failed backed surgeries and 20+ doctors later and it has exposed itself as a rare congenital disease called Ehlers Danlos that affects the connective tissue. I also have a secondary condition brought on by all the surgeries and steroid shots into my spine called Adhesive Arachnoiditis where the scar tissue surrounding my spine has grown and is causing tremendous nerve damage and pain. Thank you to people who left positive messages!
I like how no matter what you're dealing with, company wise or personally, you never let it affect your attitude. From the coffeeshop to the yard it's always the same Ryan. That's respect right there, and there needs to be way more like you out there.
Ryan I genuinely think you have the most wholesome channel on RU-vid I’ve come across. It’s so cool being from the beginning of your videos and watching this channel grow. Have a good week bud.
@@nickk4010 He probably wasn't in a good mood today and that's why his reply was cut short lol. Can't blame him, He didn't ask to be put on RU-vid everyday.
DTD strikes again with cleaning the whole neighborhood lol. I cracked up when he asked Ryan if he wanted him to cut in the line on the steps. Gotta get Eric to work out those 11” pythons so he can change the bobcat. Great video as always.
I really love how much care you take in protecting the property that you are on. my daughter had a concrete patio poured and they left concrete all over her siding. we just could not get it off, and they would not come back or pay to have that siding replaced. so when i see how much care you take it makes so happy
Ryan i’m a huge fan man. You’re a man of God and a hardworking blue collar guy like myself. If you were to put more videos out in a week, your channel would not only grow but you would be making a lot of people happy. God bless man. Praying for you, your family, and your business!
I really enjoy your videos. I have poured concrete a few times it’s not Easy Money . You and your guys earn every penny. I love watching but I don’t think I could push my body that hard. Keep up the good work.😎👍
Ryan, I enjoy watching you mentor and lead Francisco and Eric. It is so refreshing to see this kind of behavior from the boss. Those two young men look up to you, and couldn’t have any finer of a boss. Thank you for what you do sir.
Man's it's so great to see you helping a young man like Eric get started towards his own business reminds me of when I was younger I would work all day for a guy full-time and then I would do my own jobs in the evenings and weekends until I felt GOD TELL ME I WAS READY and I have been blessed ever since, praise God ,it's just great to see ,GOD BLESS
Really like your videos. You guys really make me laugh at times. I liked when you told Daryl to vacumn out the excess concrete and heard Erik giggle. Good stuff. We use a couple of your saying around our house - "how much garbage do you make" and "concrete is here". Always look forward to your next video. Hey, missed your girls filming on this one. Thanks Ryan.
I don’t know how or why i got started watching your videos but you have got me hooked I don’t miss any of them I’m and underground miner in Alaska and I too love what I do I wake up and can’t wait to go back to work I think it’s your love for what you do or your awesome family values or your great bond with your team it might be a combination of all of them but I’ve learned a lot from your channel and you and your team I just want to say thank you for putting out such great content and being a role model for young men today boy do we need that in today’s world keep it up! -Scott
You take care of your guys and most of them seem to take care of you. That is what its all about, your crew makes you money and in return you take of them. Erik seems like he is all smiles, never seen the dude in a bad mood. He seems like he really loves what he does.
I cut concrete for a living and watching your attention to detail and the quality of work you perform has gave me an eye for the lack in quality I seein my area
Great videos!! I worked for Starbird Concrete for 9 seasons out of Big Bend but we did jobs all over the surrounding area, houses for Don Belman and Tim Obrien builders also many other builders and tons of private work. It is my uncles business. My grandpa started J.C. Ewert Sons Concrete as well. But I wanted to move on from Concrete and now I am working at Kwik Trip lol so it is funny to see you go there each vid and then do Concrete. You are killing it out there! Keep up the great work!!
Recently getting back to work from an ACL tear, I must say I haven’t felt this energized to get back to work and make easy money since following your crew. Mind you I’m a mover, but thank you Ryan, from me and my mental health.
Been subscribed to the channel for a while. I do hvac for a living and still find concrete work intresting just from watching. I have helped pour one slab before, and after watching your videos I've realized all the mistakes we were making. I'm going to attempt to pour my own slab for a detached garage at my house. Ryan is a true professional and a good business owner. Wish me luck on the pour, but I shouldn't need it cause concrete is EASY! lol Hopefully it comes out close to victory style.
Right about the time I started thinking "Why don't they overlap the plywood so they don't drive on the grass" you said "Don't overlap it or it'll slide" so thanks for answering my question! haha
Felt that intro I slept 2 hours last night worked from 440 am to 945pm and it been brutal in Fl especially when your welding, running equipment etc keep up the good work guys blessed to be blessed! Ryan you should check into slat trax we do well with the at my company big time save in detail jobs
It's crazy you make a 30minute video feel short. Stinks when there isn't ANOTHER victory upload for the day! Haha, keep on doing the easy work friends, sending positivity from rhode island
Hey Ryan just want to send some love from the UK for you and your team. Love the Energy and the way you are so considerate of others. Even though it’s not related but your videos are helping me to get more hands on with my garden as it’s 150 foot long and I’m not very hands on so thanks again and keep up the great week. Plus say hey to Daryl jnr for me :)
Your guy are so lucky to have you as a boss. Here in Maine if work starts at 7:00 we start at that time, we need to be ready to go at that time. Usually everyone shows up each and every day, we give 5 sick days a year.
I poured a colored patio today with 2 extra guys. It was easy money but my county’s been in a heat advisory each day this week lol. Next time your traveling I’ll have to email you so you can check us out.
Would be great if you could make the videos longer like start to sinish in one video.. Each time waiting for the second part or the finish is killing us. Big Love..
Man Ryan,, if I where in the state’s I’d come and work for you, I like hard work and running crews as that’s what I do, where outdoors from 5am and back home around 6pm, keep up the great work Ryan 👍🏾✊🏾
“Hello good morning how are you” that’s girl is always so extra😂 I remember she used to say “have a good day, take care , we’ll see you next time bye bye now”
I feel something is missing........BUGS........I miss that guy on your team. I'm so happy knowing he's on his way back You also need to spray his name on the compactor / whacker plate over in the uk. Bless you Ryan and all you team
