the man who played the officer when taking frankies documents was a man named David Goodall, he was a scottish actor, writer, Producer and Stunt coordinator .. he sadly passed away last year. good friend of mine. very fabulous addition to this industry. You will see him again as another character in season 8/9

Like you, I don't like alcohol, only able to drink à half pint cider, or half pint shandy. Years ago, I rambled past Dumgoyne distillary with a group of ramblers, but never went in. Did you know that there is now "Jack and Victor" whisky which won a Trademark battle from the makers of Jack Daniels whisky. It gets distilled at Loch Lomond distillary.

You've not been to the West End - get the subway to Hillhead and go to the Botanic Gardens and Glasgow Uni's museum, or get the subway to Kelvinhall and go to Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum. Ashton lane's worth a wander along, it's just round the corner from Hillhead subway. There's tons of good pubs and cafes too. I really don't like whisky, but I've still enjoyed visiting Distilleries. Glengoyne is the one in this episode, it's a good one to visit just outside Glasgow. Another is Auchentoshan... I blew a job interview there once by being too honest and telling them I didn't like whisky, I was only young, silly me 🤣
Eddie I'm a former Glaswegian try the University Cafe Byers Road and just to say try the Griffan pub across from the Kings Theatre Bath Street Winston character Paul Rilley used to drink in there bare in mind that was ten years ago enjoy Glasgow

Hillhead underground station will take you off at Byres Road. Ashton Lane or Ruthven Lane are worth at least a visit. Kelvingrove Art Gallery is nearby there, too...
You've not been in the west end yet, no. That's Hillhead, Byres Road, Woodlands Road, Partick. I'm further out west up Great Western Road but there's nothing for tourists here 😅 And you'll be wanting to see the Botanic Gardens at the top of Byres Road, Ashton Lane just off Byres Road.
If ye fancy the west end eddie lad, get on the underground at buchanan st, its a circular so you canni get lost. Aboot £4.50 fur an aw day pass. Get aff at Hillhead and yev got Ashton lane & ruthven lane with the upmarket bistros, resturants n pubs
The underground subway station outside queen street station directly across from the side entrance is a 5min if that journey 2 quid return takes you to west end Eddie mate !! am from possil park. Posso as we call it up hear lol the west end is not far yet a different world to the schemes but u would love it there mostly students friendly people THE ACTOR WHO PLAYS NAVID most actors Kevin bridges also you see all the time floating around.. they stay in that area !! Eddy I’m from Glasgow & I can say if it’s winter & cloudy freezing it can start getting dark at 2.40pm but in the summer there is 1 week in July/August where if it’s a clear day suns out no clouds you can see it getting lighter on the east end of Glasgow from 0210am the sun could be out from 3am that’s truth see you Thursday
