After watching this interview my feeling is that, give opportunity to the aspiring actors rather than forcing the opportunity to some one who has a different goal. There are people who has passion for this art. They will know the value of this art and how blessed they are.

Awesome interview and a courageous woman who can be an inspiration to younger women who aspire to be in public. She is very proud of her roots and belongings. Hats off madam. She has the demeanor to face life the way it has to be lived. Early marriage had spoilt her initial success but she has made it happen by her love to dance as a career. Also impressed about the scholarship she got from US and India. Will try to visit the place she mentioned about Český Krumlov. Overall very frank and enjoyable interview of a well respected and professional who will surely scale more heights. She has class 🙏🙏. I cannot but feel for her. She was drawn in to controversies and received a lot of unkind comments. Good looks, talent, intelligence and good screen presence did not help her to the extent some of her seniors like Ramya Krishnan got in the film world. Her divorce is being counted against her much more than some of the actresses like Radhika and Lakshmi who went through divorces more than once. She had to be very defensive in her answers to some of the very personal questions which Chitra Lakshmanan asked although it should have upset her very much. I wish her all the best to do well in future.

Really seems to b confused character, not sure what she wanted in life , main reason for her split with her husband was rumored was that she wanted to hv an acting career but she totally denies that she wanted to b an actress ..born with silver spoon couldn’t manage the life style in US where she had manage everything on her own ..as far her cinema aspirations I think it’s SOUR GRAPES

Too much bandha , she thinks she is an intellectual but bundle of contradictions.. just bcoz she got Fulbright scholarship doesn’t mean she is brilliant especially when she it’s awarded by Indian & US govt & we know what “ connections” would hv got her that scholarship
