You just nailed the philosophy behind the show!! My BRZ is not super convenient but I make excuses to get in and drive it. My wife said I really only became helpful after I got the car because that's when I started running most of the errands 🤣 Thanks for commenting and enjoy your amazing car!
Had mine almost a year as a DD. There’s been some hiccups because the dealership I bought it from was less than stellar but it doesn’t matter. I love the car like I love my fiancé lmao, it has made me hate driving every other car.
I love my RS, owned it for 4 years and loved every minute on my RS. I tracked it a lot, did a lot of mods that improves the car. Now it's stage 2 tuned, 324 WHP (265 stock wheel HP), Mountune sport springs, front and rear tower bar(strongly recommended, improve body rigidity a lot), lower arm bar, oil cooling, brake cooling kit, carbon hood, rotiform KB1, endless mx72 pads, seat lowering kit (strongly recommended, give you more confidence with a lower driving position), 200 cells downpipe, milltek catback , ford performance drift stick, and a lot more small parts. I love the experience of upgrading my RS along the way over the 4 years. Every time I put a new part on my car it just gives me a whole new driving experience. I'll keep the RS with me as long as possible, even thinking of passing the car down to my 2 year old son. Maybe i'll never be able to afford a Ferrari, but the joy brought by my RS is unrivaled. I don't envy those Ferrari dudes.
Well said!! And sounds incredible!! I love this car and 100% would be one I’d own. People that know what it is will turn their heads more for this car than for a Ferrari! It is special
Sorry for the delay! Thanks for that 🤝 We just started but really hoping more and more people get a chance to see it. Love doing it and hope to make it a career so hopefully we can do some cool stuff this year in 23
Cant believe im picking my RS this Saturday morning 😱😎😍 Nitrous blue, shell seats, forged wheels, 1 owner, low miles, everything except the sunroof,,, great review 👍🏻,, and ive watched alot over the weeks 😁
Thanks for that! And congrats. It really is one of my favourite cars ever. Don't care if I could afford a Lambo, that RS is in my garage! Congrats and enjoy/stay out of jail lol. That thing is nuts:)
Hows it been a month later? Im seriously considering buying one of these within the next few months. Ive never been in one but i love everything about it.
I’m not an expert but I think I remember hear they had head gasket issues or something in the beginning but fixed most of those. Definitely read up and be careful but I’ve heard nothing but good things besides that
@@Neutralreviews yes some were fitted with mustang gasket by mistake from factory. And some also say that the open deck design makes the cylinder walls weaker, making this engine more likely to blow. I have one running 400bhp no issues so far!
They're 19's. Braelin BR10'S. And you have no idea how awesome that car was in person lol because my equipment is terrible. It literally sounded like a race car and I scared a little old lady when I turned it on lol and felt bad:)
All of the RS's were manufactured in the Sarlouis plant in Germany, as have all of the RS's in the past! My 2017 with 62k miles has been solid with no issues. Well, except for the head gasket replacement.
I always was a fan of how the originals looked. I don't know a lot about the after market to know if they perform well. Still happy Ford brought it here!
Not many know that the rear wheels of the RS are mechanically geared 1.5% higher than the front wheels. Fantastic. Oversteer on tap when the GKN Twinster engages.
You are correct but generally it is their 2.3L EcoBoost engine shared with the Mustang but with a different turbocharger, intake system, larger exhaust system and larger radiator. It also revs higher.
The owner provided this list of mods: AWE catless downpipe, borla atak catback, ETS intercooler, injen intake, cobb short shift, step colder plus with a custone freek tune e-tune. If what you bought sounds like this that will be crazy as this thing in person was like a legit race car for noise lol
