Did you ever wonder if you should use a frame or a group? Here I show you why you should stop using groups in UI design.
Think about frames as a group with many more editing flexibility, and auto-layout as a smart frame or stacks where content updates more responsively and in a smart way.
** 📝 Note:
I didn't mention it in the video but this is focused on UI design and not icon or logo design, or just graphic design in general where you may want to use groups to update many paths at once or when everything has to scale proportionally. You can still do that with frames but in specific cases, groups might be a better route.
