They have answered this question about the black cat before. He has chronic eye infections and they are treating it. I have watched their longer videos and there is zero doubt that they care deeply about the well-being of their cats. YT has recommended other videos from western news programs featuring this cafe. I imagine that is why we see westerners in the videos from time to time.
