I am waiting those to be delivered probably on 2 days ;) I have RS 170 and CX300 from Sennheiser and both have great sound!

I bought these for myself a few weeks ago and I think they sound really good. Being an audiophile, I like that they have a good balanced sound to them. I did EQ the mids and highs just a tad to make them open up in the treble but only slightly. I left the bass at 0 because it's actually very good. If a song has a lot of thump, you'll get that thump but I like that it doesn't force it on you if it's not really in the music. But hey, if you want "thump" in your Beethoven string quartets, crank the bass up if you want! 😋 Yeah, I do miss not having some wireless features like ANC or ambient mode but Sennheiser is about sound first, which works for me. And at only $99USD on Amazon as of this post, they're a steal! I have the EarFun Free Pro's for when I need to have features but when I need sound to be a priority, the 400BT's fill that need.

what makes the sound this different to the momentum tw2? as sennheiser says, the built in the same drivers and all like in the momentums

They sound good exactly like the momentum 2. They have the exact same drivers at this price point

I bought these earbuds yesterday and I really love the sound. It is well balanced without being hyped anywhere. It's transparant and well balanced. I bought it for 99 euro at Amazon during their prime days :)

if you don't care about the extra features that a samsung galaxy bud pro have and you find sound quality and comfortable fit is the most important factor, this is much better. I just got the bud pro and the inner mic/speaker caused a scratch in my inner ear from constant rubbing. They fit in my ear securely but it just doesn't feel right. The novelty of the ANC worn off within 48hrs. I had given my father my Sennheiser CX 400BT which i will be taking back but he will get my newer galaxy bud pro. The battery life on Sennheiser CX 400BT is better than bud pro. I also knocked the CX 400BT out twice while washing my face and it dropped directly under the running faucet and both times came out unscathed!

Enacfire! You should have a look at some of these I've had the e18 plus for a while and they are some of the best sounding headphones I've had for less than 30 quid, aptx hd support helps with that!

For $199 maybe not. I grabbed the CX400BTs on sale for $99 and they sound incredible for the price. It stands up next to my WF-1000XM3 in terms of sound imo.

Just picked up these today on special, and I will say they are worth every dollar, the sound is way way way better than air pods, the call quality is also quite good, and the bass, I've seen many reviews saying it's not very bass heavy, but it's very well defined and definitely there if your a bass head.

After almost 6 months with these buds I can safely say the only redeeming factor is sound quality, it falls short on every other category. There are much better earbuds for much less

So if you're still considering getting these in 2022, you can get them directly from the Sennheiser website right now for $79. I bought mine a little over a year ago for quite a bit more, and I've honestly really liked them. I see people saying they aren't very comfortable, but I personally think they're as comfortable as any wireless earbuds. I do consistently have a problem getting these kind of earbuds to say in my ears. The solution I found which is kind of gross, but works very well is if you get the tips a little wet before you put them in, they stay in great. Again, this is a problem I have with all earbuds of this kind. The sound quality on these is very good. I'll be honest and say these are the most expensive earbuds I've owned, so I don't have other high quality buds to compare them to, but they're absolutely worth the extra money compared to $30-$60 dollar pairs. I only use earbuds for music, so I have no experience with phone calls, or with using the microphone. I've used them multiple times while working out, and had no problems being drenched in sweat, if you were worried about the water resistance. The case and earbuds are designed well, and I've never had a problem with the battery life. Overall I would recommend them to anyone who wants to use them for music like me. Edit: I forgot to mention the Sennheiser app that you can use with the earbuds. I'd definitely recommend downloading the app. While it has poor reviews, I've never had a problem with it, and think it works quite well. It has a basic equalizer, and you can customize the touch controls, or even disable them all together if they're not your thing. With that said, the touch controls are the only thing I really dislike. They work well, but it's just annoying because every time you adjust them, or take them out/ put them in, you're accidently hitting the touch controls. I wish they just had a physical button you could push. But other than that, these earbuds are great.

Can I use them for working out?

I bought the Galaxy Buds Pro recently but they're just so damn uncomfortable in my ears. I might switch to these or the UE FITS. Comfort is most important to me for true wireless ear buds.

I don't like these, when you touch them (eg, to adjust the fit), they hang up your phone call. or putting them in whilst getting a call also hangs up.

Hey guys, these earphones work great and very loud with my phone's bluetooth pairing. However when paired with my Dell laptop, the audio levels are extremely low i.e. even at 30volume. So any tips on how to get loud audio via laptop pairing? Cheers

Had these, they were okay but the mpow m30 plus for only $40 honestly sounds better to me personally. I also noticed that the delay on these when watching movies on my tablet is horrible compared to the mpow ones...

who needs anc in earbuds. It more like a marketing think to charge you 100 $ more. It doesnt work anyway. I tried airpods pros sennis MTW2 samsung pro jabra 85t, none of them could reduce the noise when i was in a bus or a train, or even when i was on the go.

These just got marked down by Sennheiser themselves to 100 US so are they worth it then? You never mentioned a price in your review.

Hearing this from my recently bought CX400 I gotta admit they don't sound great, sound comes out quite shallow and they're not very comfortable either. I'm also using the latest firmware. Even the old earpods that used to come with iPhones sound way better.

Literally the only review out there where sound quality was downplayed so much. I have both the CX400 and Momentums 2. No Idea what this guy is on about when he talks about this "Huge difference" between this buds and the momentums 2 in terms of sound quality smh
