Demolition order of 4th floor in the residential building s of Gurugram is released by the department of town and country planning Gurugram on the orders of DTCP Chandigarh. Haryana Govt. is Sleeping and Unaware of that.
Very true, government should make any decision keeping in view all d aspects/facts. It is already illogical harassment to the builders, architects, plot owners to hold the construction of fourth floor from d last more than one year.
The bureaucracy in Haryana is acting like Lords and Politicians are nothing less than.......stilt + 4 is allowed in Delhi with an increased height of 17.5 meters. The Committee Report is not the Bible. The government should allow Stilt+4 and may charge extra development charges for upgrading sanitation/power system, wherever needed. They may charge a fee of Rs.10 lakh + for S+4, depending on the size of the plot, for upgrading the S+P system. The government should come out with FAQ on this clarifying all related issues for the general public.
In Gurgaon builder floor price reached up to 2.50 crore. How a middle class man can afford such a high price. Sab barbaad kar diya is Policy ne. Rent are also increasing day by day.
The ban should be removed. 4 floor should allowed. otherwise bjp will lose November election. People are facing hardship. 3 floors with stilt is not feasible. Costs are very high.
Sir,please help in providing clarity. The builders and brokers tells that the floor above stilt(used for parking on ground floor) is called UG(upper ground) floor and floor above it is called 1st floor and hence the 4th floor se technically called 3rd floor. As per them s+4 is when 5 floors are constructed on stilt. Is this correct? On google also I dont find much clarity . Please help me on this. Thanks
Yes this is a confusion in people's. Even huda and dtp are also confused in this and they write u.g and first floor to the same floor in their different documents. In actuality if a building has a stilt floor then the floor above should be called the first floor. U.g comes into picture only when a building has a lower ground floor too which is generally there in commercial buildings. S+4 only means Stilt + 1st +2nd + 3rd + 4th. Thanks.
Total height even if it 4 or 3 floors is 16.5 mtrs ,so 4 th floors can be built as per existing rule only ,it is just that 4th floor can't be registered.
What is the approved height now ,it us 16.5 mtrs with fire Noc .Height was never decreased by govt it was only that you cannot get 4th floor separately
@@kapillakhwara yes the height is still 16.5 meter. Only the fourth floor is on hold. If you want you can make your 3 floor achieving 16.5 meters. That's the rule. 🙏
Govment must think k midle class as well as small builders how they manage govment is aware no of manufacturers labour industry is facing problem so govment must do way to clear solve stilt plus four solution Be remember state election is also in October 2024
LAW SHOULD BE SAME FOR ALL IF GOVT ALREADY ALLOWED STILT+4 CONSIDERING ALL PARAMETERS THEN WHY THIS PARTIALITY IN NEW CONSTRUCTIONS?? WE PURCHASED PLOTS FOR THE COST CONSIDERING FOR STILT + 4 AND FAR 2.64 WRITTEN...THEN Y THIS CONFUSION....THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE FOR US......

I booked whiteland blissville in gurgaon 76. I am thinking to cancel it, developer is saying that their project was approved before feb 2023. What is your opinion? should I cancel it?
You can first check their building plan approval letter as well as the edc fee paid date. If both are before 23-02-2023 then it is ok. See there building plan also it should have 4 floors in it. Thanks 🙏

Sabko 6 floors allowed hone chaiye. Chahe 9m road ho ya 6m. Sabko hak hai Kiraya lene ka. Parking ka rule bhi khatam hona chaiye hum road par gaadi khadi kardenge gaadi Sarkaar ko kya problem
