So sad to see him go. Watching him since 89, waking up early Saturday mornings with the volume low so I didn't wake up my parents. Cheering in silence, jumping up and down. Not just an icon, The Icon!

Dude is immortal. What an insanely incredible presence in the business for so many years. Have a good retirement Sting. Thank you

I'm going to sob like a baby after his last match on Sunday. Sting is the entire reason I watch wrestling at all. I was 14 years old in a home that wasn't great and I came across this guy in white face paint and dressed in black as I was flipping through the channels on Monday night. I was captivated. For months and months, years really, I got to escape that homelife for a few hours as I watched Sting take on the NWO and fight for good vs evil. I followed him over to TNA years later and watched until he left there too. This man gave me so much joy over the years, I hope his last match will be remembered as a good one to go out on! Thank you, Sting!

The first time that I watched Dynamite Cody Rhodes and Darby Allin were wrestling Brian Cage and Ricky Starks and Sting's music hit and he came out I was so happy to see him back because I thought he was done I've been watching him since the 80's with Mid Atlantic Wrestling he has always been my favorite wrestler....Thank you Sting for all of the great memories.

sting is a great great legend wrestler and hall of famer. he has a very long Resume and great record he has been around from the late 1980s to present 2024 .hopefully he will take a nice long R&R time off and make appearances when he is very well rested and ready to .

I can see Mafia Sting being on Commentary or still be a part of the show in a great way like how Taz still is and all. I would be glad to see Sting take it easy and call a match and never have to worry about wrestling again as He has created so many memories from us and I just hope Him and Darby win at Revolution but decide to give it to them in a surprise. i can't believe this the end of one the greatest wrestlers to wrestle any ring i am so full with emotion i know his last is on sunday but i can't believe sting is retiring from wrestling i remember the first time i saw sting on tbs the super station in 1987 just few matches under him he was in the main event with the nature boy ric flair and going for the world title in just few months it some guys years to get that point it show me he was something different sting thank you everything you gave us i will remember ever match promo scream with me for rest of my life steve borden thank you thank you.

In 2020, The Undertaker had his last match with one of the best primetime wrestlers of this generation. Now, Sting will have his last dance alongside Darby Allin at Revolution. Thank you for everything, Sting. 🦂

Seeing this in Von Braun Center takes me back to the WWF events I used to attend as a kid, my first being in 1989. I saw Andre and Haku win the tag titles from Demolition in that arena. Hogan vs Bossman '89, Hogan vs Savage '90, Hogan vs Earthquake '91, Hogan vs Slaughter '92. I even saw Undertaker there live before I saw him on TV. Fun times...

Been a FAN FAVORITE of sting since him & hogan did a movie called THUNDER IN PARADISE

I'm going to miss sting on Dynamite every week, but it was great to see him come down from the rafters one last time. glad he made is safely it's such a risky move.

I did the same Saturday morning was wccw to new to wed. All three in a row 9,10,11am.

Sting descending from the rafters one last time gave me goosebumps. He looked so happy and emotional. I’m so glad he got to share the ring with Darby Allin and Ric Flair, two of his greatest allies and rivals. This was the perfect way to end his amazing career. I’m not crying, you’re crying. 😭😭😭

Always been one of my favorites- reminds me of how excited we all were when Crow-Sting showed up in the rafters. 👍 Not sure which Sting I liked the best… Surfer Sting was always fun to watch.

Yeah, I saw Sting when he began in the NWA. Flair, Tommy Rich, Tony Atlas, Mr. Wrestling #2, Stan Hansen, the Funk’s, Junkyard Dog …. it was a great time in wrestling.
