Congratulations on your climb! There is something very primal about conquering something like that. Your dad was my best friend in High School and in many ways my peer mentor. He was a year ahead of me and I followed him to college. We may have even met in Colorado in 1999 when I came out to your house to see your dad. I remember him showing me the doll houses he was building. We now live in Portland, Oregon. I would love to see you climb next time you come this way (Smith Rock). We can even offer van parking, a shower, a meal, and a bed (if you are interested). :)
