Stipend and Cost of living in USA as a PhD student 

Not true for all European country. In Belgium , Ur stipend is quite high and it’s tax free. Same with Germany , Denmark, Finland. In Ireland it’s not tax free buh there are so many social benefits they get as a student. In UK , stipend is tax free. In
