[Stir-Fried Anchovy Ingredients]
500g anchovy, a handful of chives, 3 cheongyang peppers, 3 red peppers
1T soy sauce, 2T starch syrup, 3T sugar, 1T minced garlic, 3T cooking wine, 3T sesame oil, a little bit of pepper, 1L cooking oil
[Stir-fried Anchovy Recipe]
1) Wash the chives and cut it into 4cm lengths.
2) Chop cheongyang pepper and red pepper as if minced.
3) Pour the anchovies into the boiled cooking oil and fry them, then place them on a kitchen towel to drain the oil.
4) Add the seasoning ingredients, chopped cheongyang pepper, and red pepper, and boil over high heat.
Add 2T red pepper powder for red seasoning
5) Lightly mix fried anchovies, chives and seasoning sauce in a bowl.
