STIR FRY OKRA WITH DRIED SHRIMP
OKER MET DROGE GARNALEN.
salt/black pepper to taste
20gr dried shrimp
1/2 tomato
1 red pepper (optional)
3 garlic cloves
1/2 onion
soak the shrimp in hot water for 5 min
200gr okra
wash and drain
cut the ends off
slice as shown
add oil to the hot wok
spread it around
onion
garlic
tomato
salt/pepper mix
shrimp
add the okra and stir fry on med - high heat
red pepper
fry until done but still crispy
transfer to a bowl
