Back in 1972.. The yr I graduated HS a librarian would be in. ShipNShore blouse and a skirt.. or else a nice sensible dress.. These would be her “work” clothes🤗❤️

I agree with you I would just keep the pants. I did not like the earrings or the purse.

The pants are cool. But I have to say I don’t think librarians in the 70’s wore pants. At least ours didn’t 😂. The earrings gave me a 70’s hippy vibe. I think if your stylist is in her 20’s she did a pretty good job.
