Kim you definitely need to contact them about not sending you the correct sizes, they should waiver the £10 at the very least, you’re paying for a personal service and from your experience was anything but. Why should you be out of pocket by £10 for their mistakes?

Just found your video really loved it and when you read the prices out I was in fits of laughter. The jumper was Phase Eight so I knew it would be expensive but I can relate to you so much as I would shop around and get a full outfit for that price. I also had a look at some of your other videos and was in stitches when I found the one with the story about the man in graveyard 😀so you’ve definitely got a new subscriber.
My stylist had cloth lugs as well. Didn't read notes, didn't read style profile, sent me colours I said I hated and stuffed a box that should have been casual full of office wear. I contacted customer service and got my styling fee back. Try Lookerio bit cheaper and different brands.
Oh my word, you've made me laugh Kim! .... at last a realistic reviewer ..... i agree the prices are ridiculous. Even at £30 that pink bat winged jumper would be too expensive unless it was angora!

Although they all looked much better on than expected, even the navy dress looked nice I thought, I would send them all back. Way overpriced. You are so slim now Kim - you really don't need to lose any more weight. I think your mirror is fibbing to you! Let us see you when you hair has gone curly, I bet it really suits you! Looks like they're taking your £10,getting a great recycling of the clothes as too expensive most will be sent back, but they're also quids in if something is kept. Hope your next order fits you better Kim.

Hi Kim I've just had the same issue with them the clothes they sent were wrong size no good for the summer I sent them all back a couple of weeks ago and they contacted me asking if they could send another lot out and didn't have to pay styling fee and asked if I wanted to change my stylist it will be here in a couple of days so I will see if its any better xx

Hi Kim, I'd think about ditching Stitchfix. They are over priced, I don't remember you keeping much from them and to be totally honest, the supermarket brand clothing looks so much better on you and at a fraction of the price.
Well Kim, there’s absolutely nothing there that looks worth £10 let alone what they are asking. I’d send it all back, cancel my subscription and tell them what I think of their service.
The funniest video yet! Those clothes are very overpriced, even if they fitted you perfectly. You can a nice little floral, pull on dress elsewhere for about £15. Have a look in the likes of TU...

Do you ever wear your hair wavy? Might be nice. Didn't like the pink color on you. I thought the Sweaty Betty would be about $200 They are very expensive. Have been sending them to "influencers".
Hi Kim. I thought the pink jumper looked lovely on you. I got my stitchfix box two days ago. I wanted a straight leg grey pair of jeans they sent me a skinny pair that cost 120 quid! I then went on Marks and Spencer and got one for 29 pound. I wanted a knee length pair of shorts and they sent me some just past my bum! I only kept one item a blue hoodie. Gonna unsubscribe!
