We just had gorgeous sunshine this weekend so we sat in the garden and Disney was in his play tents ⛺️ today the wind and rain came back 😢 lovely stitching today very pretty 🤩

TFS Lora, I enjoyed your chat, this is a lovely kit, I love that orange! I just change the threads every other stitch doing confetti or sometimes park the thread. I’m going in for surgery tomorrow so may be absent for a day or 2 I’ll catch up with you asap, you will keep me sane while in hospital . I’m taking a stamped piece in with me to keep me occupied while recovering. Have a nice week, hope the weather is kind and you get to the woods with your daughter x

Hi dear Lora, nice kit you're stitching on. I have just started my first HAED, but so far so good. If I have a confetti heavy piece, I stitch one or two threads normal, then I do like 10 confetti stitches to fill in, then I go on with two normal threads, and so on. I don't patk threads, I stitch in hand and finish the thread up, like you do, or I cut it and keep the rest for smaller sections. Like that I'm kind of fine with the difficult kits ☺️

I will never stitch an HAED design, too much confetti for me, some stitcher's leave all those strands of floss hanging I would have a mess, just no patience for that. Work tomorrow is the most exciting thing going on here. Enjoyed stitching with you. Be safe at work.😄

I’ve learned I do not like stitching confetti either and put away the tree/ birds canvas. First kit I’ve not finished but I wasn’t enjoying it and decided to work on something else.

Please, please,do not store any of your kits with the rubber elastic on your floss drops , because the elastic rots and mess up the threads. I enjoy watching your videos,and I get so much info from you in doing the stitching that you do.
