This is good, and neatly done. But if you really want it to last, you have to turn the pants inside out and back-stitch the two pieces together to reinforce it these stitches for regular wear and washing. Especially if it’s an area that gets a lot of pull/stretch, like next to the knee or above the ankle in slim fit jeans.
