The audio you hear is from Ben Daglish's version of the game "The Last Ninja" and is played using the YM2149, which was used in some arcade machines and computers in the mid-80s.
The music was originally composed in a 50 Hz time base, but for this demonstration I configured the STM32F103 to work with the YM2149 in a 60 Hz time base (sync used in the NTSC system).
An instrument microphone was used in order to get the most realistic sound possible from the YM2149 and its 80s feel.
