I think you made a good call on switching out the dolls, the light yellow body is cute but the teal colored body just really brings the outfit together. Also I think the teal also help convey the winter theme better that the yellow doll. Yellow would have definitely given the doll a stronger Easter vibe.

This is probably one of my favorite dolls, I love how you really leaned into Honey's original look and features. One of my main driving forces of rerooting doll hair is so there can be more dolls with actual African American Natural hair.
