Interesting idea for maybe the future. I currently play rack tom, floor tom, kick, snare, hat, and ride that can be crashed. Might add a crash at some point, but what would be the ridiculous set-up of hardware you could do with keeping everything in a comfortable playing position?
Hello Brent. Hope you're reading this. I've a problem. I recently came across 3 ultra adjust tom arms for next to nothing. I've used these in the past and don't know why I ever stopped. Fantastic yet simple bit of engineering. The problem: all three have different diameter L arms. I need them to hold up some DWs and a 14" rototom w rims mount & DW bracket. The DW bracket (common to all drums are meant for a 12.7mm L rod. Question: Can purchase (3) of just the part of the ultra adjust ball that has the L arm attached separately? It would help me hugely as I'm strapped for cash and cannot afford to buy three entire mounts. Thanx, P
Howdy Brent. Would the height adjustable GCS500H curved with cymbal booms be suitable for this set up? I done see why not but wanted your pro opinion. Thank you
Hi Brent! Just a quick question for you :D I also like to use clamped cymbal arms to one stand, just like Option C, but sometimes I have some issues with balance. Well, I don't have hi-end hardware and maybe it's because of that, but I'd like to know if you have some tips for getting nice balance so the stand won't move no matter you have 3 or even 4 cymbals clamped to it. Thanks a lot and congrats for this awesome series! Greetings from Spain! :D
