I agree, very hard to capture sound without a professional setup - and then it gets cut so much in edit so it doesn't top out the speakers. Biggest difference as you say is in your head, maybe more power but much more bad ass!
With the new exaust system the bike do not sound anymote like a bucket of screws. 👌Excellent. Bucket of screws is an explaining proverb in german language. Describing the kind of noise "shaking, rattling" sounds of metal.
The new exhaust sounds great! Did you flash the ecu or add a fuel management system? As much as you are on the throttle wide open its got to be lean .They are lean from the factory and you just improved the way your engine breathes and more air flow necessitates more fuel. I think that these two modifications should be done at the same time. I wish you would have put the two exhausts on the scale and see how they differ. That would have been a good comparison. I like to see you guys wrench on the bikes!

Akro's are great quality exhaust but are artificially marked up hence the more expensive price tag versus other name brands. So Akro makes a huge profit versus other companies.
Why the hell everyone on internet compares sound of full akra WITHOUT db killer with stock WITH db killer. Take dbkiller out from stock and than compare - believe me not a huge diffirence than.
