Stevey...man...I have no words. As if. That is my kind of shindig. Groovy take on what we who have never been, will experience when we finally get there. That goes for the S-21, too. Have your girls picked a name yet? I mean...you know they own that part of the plane. Real spirit lifting stuff. Gracias, amigo.
WOW Steve!!!! Great job capturing a little bit of everything at the High Sierra event!!! I have some friends that went, (Lucky Dogs).. Maybe next year I can get down there.. Thank you for getting down there yourself and capturing the experience on video for all of us too see!!!!
Thanks Steve, Awesome video capturing what HSF is all about! Great meeting you in person, you were camped just down the row from me and I did not even realize it!
Dude! I've been watching STOL drag for some years now from a few different creators but this is hands down the best so far. Am nailing that subscribe button right now. Thanks so much.
That plane with 44 on the side sounds just like an RC plane I used to have back in the 90's. It had a .61 glow engine with a tuned pipe on it. Took off in about 2 plane lengths straight into a vertical climb till it was out of sight, well my eye sight range.
This so reminds me of the early years of EAA. This and Labor Day weekend at Blakesburg Iowa are real grass roots aviation so to speak. Except Dead Cow has no grass!
It’s definitely a thing. Nothing to keep you away imo. A gentle west breeze would be perfect, but not complaining. Past years have been tough from what I understand.
