He's more than an employee and more than a friend, he's pretty much become family. You can't buy true loyalty in business, but you can gain it through appreciation. Here in the United States you gave the right to negotiate the terms of your employment, you and the employer both have the ability to say yes or no to the deal. Whatever employment deal they made is on them. James can take care of himself if the need arises like coop is doing now. No need to worry about the deals made between these MEN.
