My three mains reasons on why Stolitz doesn’t work: 1. Lack of chemistry 2. Power dynamics 3. Not fully acknowledging Stolas’s flaws/Gaslighting

I agree bro..and it sucks, I used to ship them. Also notice how people always say "Blitzø loves him too" but the moment he has the free will to see Stolas or not, he chooses to not go to him for months. I'm over here thinking..well, if you love someone, wouldn't you wanna see them?🥲 personally I can't see them being in a sort of healthy relationship..

There “relationship” was built upon what was basically Blitzo selling himself for sex. People will always pin the blame on Blitzo for starting it completely forgetting that Stolas has all the power in the relationship physically, politically and finnicially. In Season 1 it’s very clear that having sex with Stolas is just securing a meal ticket for Blitz and for Stolas that it was just maintaining a sexual fantasy which is made VERY clear in LooLoo Land. The fact that just after Stella screamed at him for cheating and whilst his teenage daughter was in the room, his first instinct upon promising a nice Father-Daughter day…is to invite the Imp he cheated with to fulfill a Bodyguard x Prince fantasy, a fantasy that said Imp wants no part in. In Truthseekers, Stolas says that he deserves a reward for saving Blitzo’s life ONTOP of calling Blitzo an “Impish Little Plaything” which only further cements that Blitzo wasn’t a romantic option to Stolas at first, just a bootycall. A lot of people frame that aspect if their relationship as merely being Blitzo’s insecurities flaring up, but when has Stolas ever taken the time to prove otherwise? All of his interactions with Blitzo were him fetishising him so much to the point where he always assumes that anything Stolas wants with him is based off sex as seen in LooLoo Land again and in the Harvest Festivel where he had to doublecheck. The show is trying to convince me that they’re end game, but all its showing me is how unfit these two are together.

The constant miscommunication and the multiple examples of WHY Stolas and Blitzo wouldn't work as a couple are why the ship infuriates me. That and it's become the focal point of the entire plot. This toxic, unhealthy, messy, dysfunctional mess of a relationship. If Blitzo and Stolas could actually sit down and have an actual, adult conversation, they'd be able to hash out almost all of their issues in the span of half an episode. But then the primary conflict of the show would be over and the writers can't have that.

Stolas is honestly such a terrible person. He always acts like he's above everybody and can do whatever he wants without facing consequences. His character would have been much more effective if he had been portrayed as a villain and his actions were shown to be wrong.

The funny part about this is even if you ignore the transactions blitzo and Stoliz showed no genuine feelings for each other , other than sex yet the show gaslights you into thinking they do

The worst part about this is that, on good hands, this could have been a well written toxic relationship, maybe something at the levels of clay and bloberta from Morel Orel. But instead it´s just a bad written fanfic from wattpad

Here's a call out of both Stolas and Blitzøs faults in this damn show. (Btw. I'm just gonna take about the moment that affect there relationship directly. So each of them has other bad moments but these moments affect there relationship) Episode 1: -Stolas was making s**ual remarks on the phone while it was clear that Blitzø was in danger. He belittled him even made a "favors for favors" deal which Blitzø HAD to say yes to, to get off the phone quicker. Also he wasn't the slightest bit concerned for Blitzøs safety. Episode 2- - Stolas cheated on his wife. Stolas has the right to hate Stella. But he doesn't have the right to be in affaire while he's still in marriage with her. I know he doesn't love Stella and that's fine but he can literally. LITERALLY just divorced her. Then he and Octavia wouldn't have to deal with that hellhole. It would be one thing if they can't divorce it would make Stolas cheating a bit more reasonable but the thing is they literally CAN. And they do in SEASON 2. So as shitty as Stella is it's Stolas own fault that him and Octavia are suffering. -Stolas ingored Octavia saying that she didn't want to go to the theme park. -Stolas hired i.m.p as a bodyguard. Not only could he protect himself but he flirted with Blitzø more then spending time with his daughter. (Btw the affaire that he had was Blitzø is the reason why Octavias upset in the first place) -Stolas made a s**ual comment because Blitzø d*** size infrout of his 17 year old daughter (atleast Val was the decently to make his shows 18+💀) -Stolas made Blitzø uncomfortable with his flirting and belittling. - Stolas was too stupid to realize that Octavia was scared of robofizz as a child and for SOME. REASON thinks her tears were tears of joy. (DON'T TELL ME HE LACKS SELF AWARENESS! HE LITERALLY REALIZE THAT OCTAVIA WAS SCARED AT THE BEGINNING OF THE DAMN EPISODE!) - Stolas was ungrateful that Moxxie and Millie saved him instead of Blitzø Episode 3: Blitzø didn't do anything to affect the relationship in this episode, and Stolas wasn't here at all. Episode 4: Same in this episode. Episode 5: -Stolas belittled Blitzø. - Stolas put out a cigarette on Blitzøs horn - Stolas makes it clear that he's racist to imp kind in this episode. Not only belittling Blitzø but his entire race in general. Episode 6: - this wasn't Stolas' doing. But this vision Blitzø had says a lot about how Blitzø views Stolas. And they expect us to ship them 💀. Stolas (vision) pulled Blitzø up stairs while he was on a gold leash. Blitzø thinks Stolas only views him as his pet. Which in a way he dose. Blitzø has no say in this relationship. Sense Stolas is a higher ranked being he can't control the relationship at all. He's stuck being Stolas pet. I don't give a damn that he blushed. - Stolas refered to Blitzø as "impish little plaything" - Stolas continued to belittled Blitzø. - Stolas made it clear the only reason he came to save them was for the grimoirs sake. Yes the grimoir is important to Stolas BUT. Don't you think that he would also have SOME care about Blitzø, Moxxie and Millie getting hurt? Then again he did ingore Blitzø being in danger while on the phone with him so I guess that's not that surprising. - Stolas expected a "thank you" form Blitzø for saving him. Which Blitzø paid with a s*** session. I know Stolas didn't know about this but Blitzø saved Stolas life in episode 5 without any exception for a thank you 💀💀💀 Episode 7: -Blitzø used Stolas to get in a restaurant to spy on the M&Ms (episode 7 and we finally get a Blitz fault 💀💀💀) - When Ozzie called Stolas out for cheating on his wife and practically abandoning his daughter (not really - but kinda-) he hid his face in the menu. Bro can't accept any kind of criticism or call outs. Episode 8: Stolas wasn't in this episode and Blitzø didn't do anything to affect the relationship. Season 2: Episode 1: -Blitzø was hired from his dad to steal from the Goitas. And he did (tbf he was a kid. And kids tent to either listen to there parents at all or listen to much) - this isn't Stolas or Blitzøs fault but Blitzø was stold to the Goita to family as a slave for a day. So no. Blitzø isnt Stolas childhood friend. He's his childhood slave. What a amazing relationship. - years later Blitzø came back to the Goita house(?) to attempt to steal the grimoir. - When Stolas caught Blitzø for sneaking in he brings him to his bedroom and immediately assumed that Blitzø wanted to have s** with him. - this isn't Stolas fault but the way this relationship started was Blitzø pitying Stolas. Not because Blitzø wanted to have s** with him. - Stolas didn't divorce Stella when he said he would. - Stolas told Stella that he stayed with her to make Octavia happy... Hehehe. Bro really thinks he cooked I'm that sentence XD Episode 2: -Stolas rather fight with Stella then spend time or even listen to Octavia. - Stolas didn't realize that Octavia ran away. Blitzø has to tell him. - Stolas took a break looking for Octavia to watch Blitzø perform. - While Blitzø was having a panic attack Stolas made a s**ual comment to attempt to calm him down. Episode 3: Stolas wasn't in this episode and Blitzø didn't do anything to affect the relationship. Episode 4: I'm gonna be honest. I don't think Stolas was too bad in this episode. (I don't remember 100% so I could be wrong.) I Generally found him very funny. Also the ending was actually pretty touching. The worst thing he did was make s**ual comments when he was getting stabbed to death and not something he did but the writers trying to gaslight us that Stolas is a good dad by caring about Octavias safe. While I know that he only cares about her when it's convenient for him too Episode 5: Stolas wasn't in this episode and Blitzø didn't to anyone to affect the relationship. Episode 6: Stolas didn't really do anything wrong here. But Fizz and Blitzøs conversation says a lot about how Blitzø feels about Stolas. Episode 7: Stolas wasn't in this episode and Blitzø didn't to anyone to affect the relationship. Episode 8: - Stolas REFUSED to take accountability for his actions. And even DENIED HE DID ANYTHING!! - Stolas is upset that Blitzø believes there relationship is all about s** 💀💀💀 - Stolas didn't give ANY time for Blitzø to think. He just pushed Blitzø out of his life without giving him any time to explain what he wants! He did it to make Blitzø happy BUT he doesn't know if it WOULD make him happy! Episode 9: - Stolas was an asshole for no reason. - This is Stolas biggest hypocrite episode. He contently denies everything he did or tried to excuse himself. - Stolas assumes Blitzø and Striker are friends 💀💀💀 - Stolas is still ungrateful that Moxxie and Millie saved him in Western Energy. Even though Blitzø was actually being a good dad I'm that episode and putting his daughter needs on the line. And it's not like that Blitzø left him unattended. He sent Moxxie and Millie after him. - Stolas going to an anti -Blitzø party after confession his "feelings* - Blitzø apologized to Stolas but Stolas didn't apologize back. Tbf he was drunk. But that kinda makes it worse because Stolas (most likely) wouldn't remember this event. - instead of giving up on his delusional love story Stolas started to make out with a Incubus and probably gonna repeat the same mistakes he made with Blitzø. Even though it was the PERFECT time to spend more time with his daughter.

They never had a relationship ! It was a sex for services situation. I'm wondering if people understand the concept of relationships ? When you date someone you're in a relationship, when you use an item someone needs for their business to thrive, for the sake of getting booty from them that's not a relationship, that's extortion.

I wouldn't have problems in supporting this ship, toxic ships in fictional worlds are the most interesting. BUT. This is valid as long as the series does NOT try to show those to the audience in a positive light and romanticizing things that shouldn't be romanticized. Show the toxic ship just as it is and let it be it.

Helluva boss is NOT about relationships and i know that for a fact, it's literally about demons hired to kill people but the writers changed this into some drama-romance show and it barley has any purpose anymore.

I used to like Stella as a villian before S2

It is my firm opinion that Stolas is completely ruined in season 2. They go from this charismatic and sex crazed demon to this trauma infested, misunderstood prince who is never held accountable for his own behavior. And Stolitz, in my opinion, ruined the show. Instead of being the show about hunting down selfish humans in the real world with a charismatic cast of likable characters, we have trauma, toxicity and the never ending bullshit that is their relationship. And I fucking hate it so much.

I definitely think that the whole Stoliz relationship could work just with better writing.

The fact that Vivzie will probably some sort of "fix" their relationship at the endgame of the series is just so weird.. They never were a match and never will be.. atp they should end up like exes and nothing more since it's definetly the healthiest way than being in a relationship. Stolas could literally find anyone in hell who would be the better partner to him than Blitz himself.

Little worst fact: Fandom excuses Stolas for his behavior cause he 'has' Autism(not confirm by creators). That is so dumb for people to use as a excuse for the way he acts towards others. Clearly he isn't and it's just dumb for people to think so just cause he doesn't 'understand' how he acts. Like we know he never interacted with other kids(from what the story has told us in the show). He isn't mentally disable(at least, not this way). He is just a bird who never got out to meet others like him. I'm starting to get really annoyed with fans and creators excuses certain behaviors of characters and just saying, "Oh they have Autism" which just makes people with it seem like they can't learn or own up to their mistakes. Plus, No one in the show even tells Stolas what he is doing is wrong. Even if they did, Viv has made it seem like Stolas actively ignores these warning from people.

The more the show progresses, the more I begin to dislike Stolas and the Stolitz ship. At the beginning, I used to be a huge Stolitz fan cause the idea of a toxic ship that is actually treated as such was an interesting idea to me, and the concept of them longing for a real relationship was neat. However, the fact that the writers chose to normalize certain things and treat it as romantic was odd to me. The whole time we saw them treat the arrangement as what it was, an arrangement, yet once they broke it off the writers treated it as this huge sad breakup even tho it wasn't one to begin with. They made Stolas have this 180 where he claims that "he thought highly of Blitz" when all he did was treat him like a toy and make degrading remarks towards him and his kind DESPITE Blitz always stating he doesn't like it. And the audacity of him acting like the victim was genuienly so irritating cause he literally MADE the arrangement, treated it as an arrangement and then proceeded to get mad at Blitz for thinking it was an arrangement. What also bothers me is that, whenever Blitz is being an asshole due to trauma responses, people are easy to jump in and say that trauma doesn't justify his actions or reactions, yet when it's Stolas who is being an asshole that argument is quickly brushed aside because "well he's sad so please be nice". The writers can claim it as a "both in the wrong" thing as much as they want, but it's mainly Blitz who gets all the shit ( no matter if deserved or not ) whereas Stolas gets a sad song and a slap on the wrist. Stolas, while sometimes realizing he did certain things wrong, never shows any growth or willingness to change whatsoever, whether it's his daughter that he claims to care for or Blitz that he claims to love. This character has become so irritating to watch which is a shame cause he had potential, alongside the relationship between him and Blitz.

The best moves here for the endgame of this 'ship' is to have either party get their life fucked somehow and they never speak again or they have a geuine heart to heart and realize they would never work and never see eachother again. In short, SPLIT. THEM. UP. AT. THE. END.

Before Viv getting control over writing, he genuinely looked ready to reflect after Blitz told him he only cares about sxx and wants to be alone in Ozzie's and this is where Viv's writing and everything completely made it go downhill, Stolas did not argue or disputed anything when Blitz said he was all about sxx and though Viv retconned that, I loved the ship from Season 1 Episode 1-7 but with Viv, no but took me awhile to realize her writing style and mindset with Season 2 as well as see posts of how she acts and things she said, this is why I knew with her given control and able to write for Hazbin, she would ruin it but could've been different if she did care about good faith criticism then I'd change my mindset and apologize for questioning yet not the case, knew nothing would change for FM and I knew that it would be Blitz in wrong too & isnt also Stolas, Viv just does not care period.

Also obviously they'd think that, they are fine with her writing and decisions, nobody over there at Spindlehorse cares & will just say anything to defend her and dismiss those who have issue with what's being done. Glad I took back wanting to work for her and do anything in her company.

It will never work and it will never end, since that is how the writing has gone so far

They have gotten neglected. They NEVER experienced proper romance before! Blitz is going through self hatred and low self esteem and Stolas has depression. Yes, Stolas is not aware about his actions. Yes, he was flirty and freaky in season one. Yes, he called Blitz things such as 'My Impish Plaything'. BUT HE IS TRYING TO CHANGE! I once read in a psychology book or smth like that, that negative people will always judge you from the past, not the present. Blitz has never been truly loved. He doesnt understand that someone, somebody, a PRINCE like Stolas could be potentially be in love with him. Thats why he pushes anyone who comes close near him away. Stolas had been neglectful of Blitz's boundaries in season one. Blitz gave him a harsh, but till realization call in Ozzies. He realised. Stolas changed his behavior. He gave Blitz space ( arguably himself too). He stopped with the Booty calls. If Stolas didnt care then why would he? If hes a 'Spoiled prince who doesn't hold himself accountable for his actions' then WHY WOULD HE? Yes, in S2 ep 9 he did say 'I dont look down upon you! When have I ever?' Hes wrong, I admit. Check the description of that episode and you'll see that it says that Stolas is not enough self aware. All of us have some flaws. All of us are fallible. That doesnt mean You go and start critising someone.
