One of the things I love about Strongman - there is genuine respect and friendship to go with the competitive spirit. Great video gents and 3 fantastic strongmen.
@MdoubleHB Damn you're desperate for some attention, posting the same reply to every comment... I'm sorry your parents neglected you, hope you get help soon.
@MdoubleHB you must have been dropped as a child more times than you have posted this worthless comment. The internet and the english language are both wasted on you
Oleksii is a clever guy. He travels around and trains with the best strongman to learn and improve. At the same time he is constantly gaining new fans by appearing on all these other youtube channels with his humble attitude.
To much to mention. Great Collab. Novikov is a great athlete. I'd like to see Luke bust up in a competition and win WSM, Shaw Classic, he's really one of the nicest guys. I loved how he cheered Uncle Loz at the Giants event.
I honestly am not sure Luke will win WSM. He IS a great strongman; he keeps proving this. He beat his brother at bahrein, was next to him at Strongman Classic, made the finals in that insanely challenging group at WSM this year. Nobody can say he's not great. On a good day, top 5, on a very good day he might podium. I'd be pretty surprised to see Luke win WSM. though I do hope he keeps trying, because aiming for that title is how he gets to the podium, and I'll be thrilled to be wrong if he ever does make WSM.
@@meyertechrants3589 He didn't fully commit until recently, he was still working off shore and limited in the training he could do. Tom has been full time for a while, and he started at a younger age with a more definite goal... It must be a great benefit to Tom having someone so good to train with and someone so close to compete with in terms of sharing ideas and tips with new events/equipment. If someone else realised after their attempt that there was a better way to do it, they might not share that information with anyone else, but when it's your brother, he'll give you any information he thinks will help.
@@Lonewolf__666 I apologize if my first reply came of as rude, but the power belly is real. Just look at Brian Shaw and Big Z. Pudzianowski was shredded but he wasn't competing against the best strongmen in the world. There was another federation called IPSA, I believe, where the other elite strongmen were competing at the time. I understand where you are coming from, but in practice total body weight makes a big difference in pure strength.
@@Lonewolf__666 I think mentioning PED's in a general sense is OK, but anything real specific is frowned upon. It is not something any pro strongman is going to discuss in any real way. Luke made a joke about Dbol in one video, but that's all. Thor admitted to PED use in an interview with ESPN years ago and took a lot criticism for it. I would just stay away from it on RU-vid if I were you. You may be able to find other platforms where those discussions are more appropriate.
It's mostly the language barrier. But I feel like his English is starting to pick up. Especially with all the collabs now and people actually trying to learn him some.
@MdoubleHB why did you need to be a Bawbag and put that post up. Seriously was there any need or do you just want to highlight to everyone on RU-vid what a walloper you really are
The thing I like most about strong man competitors is nearly all of the seem such great guys. Alexi is one of them. It dose make it hard to pick who to root for though.
Great video lads! Great to see these giants training together. All such fierce competitors, but sharing training and ideas is the ultimate in sportsmanship. I’m sure Oleksii got some great Scottish hospitality. Well with the exception of Tom’s baked potato! 😂😂😂 Oleksii is such a lovely guy, in fact all three are!! They are also three of the best on the planet! Could watch this content all day! 👏👏👏
this is really sweet how well they all get along but it wouldnt be right not mentioning the language difficulties and how impressive it is how much progression has been made.. tom and luke are almost understandable now..
loving the new found confidence in tom -- he knows hes currently best in the world but so humble with it -- and great respect for last years amazing winner novikov who looks hungry as ever for another win and to prove he is a real champ -- already come back after a dissapointed worlds with a strongman classic win -- can't wait to see him in shaw classic aswell -- prove once again he as power aswell as speed -- also with a the soon return of matauez -- looking forward to seeing him battle against the terminator -- next years worlds is going to be epic --- tom, luke, novi, matauez, martinz, shaw may the battle comence
For a moment, the sea level went up there. This was one strong and great collab! Proof of how great strongman are among each other! I bet every one will get a warm welcome in the Stoltmans house
This giants not only this but all giants are so humble and down to earth , we couldn’t believe they can split normal human in half with their bare hands but are so humble.
So nice to see big giants of the strongman world just kicking about having fun with each other. Like if you got the Top 3 in a sport like football or the NFL and made em spend a day with each other they'd probably start WW3. Who would've thought that the most alpha male sport would be the lovliest bunch of them all eh?
Wait, I didn't even know Luke has an injured bicep tendon in his left arm, I'm guessing a partial tear?. Does anyone know if that will heal okay without surgery?
It should heal with time, yes. Depending on the injury/tear, I had it on my longhead tricep tendon. It's getting better but took me over a year or so.. Then again at that time I did not take good care of myself. I don't have the tools or funds. etc that the Stoltmans have. Usually partial tendon tears take 3-4 months to heal as far as I know. My injury is just a very complicated one involving a rib injury that actually caused the tendon tear in the tricep... But it's getting better..
