Now this is worth working on. And with that price you could update to your hearts content. I really like this one.

1. Knock down all interior walls on main floor. 2. Add circular stair to cantina, in corner next to fireplace. 3. Add new kitchen (up to 2nd window) along front wall. 4. Add 2 small bedrooms and bathroom under kitchen, in cantina. Overall, pretty easy, fairly cheap redo, with really cool vacation house potential.😊

Was there ever a bathroom in the upstairs area? Would a bathroom go in that smaller room upstairs? Would love to see this one again after the work gets done.

I would much rather have the kitchen, Living and full bath in the cantina, so no luging groceries and other stuff, etc up stairs. Then have a full bath , laundry and bedroom up stairs with a sofa bed for guests. I'm from America and we go upstairs to bed at night. We don't run up and down stairs all day long.

I would make the Cantina the kitchen laundry and a bathroom. Upstairs I would make 2 bedrooms and a bath , and do the stairs like the architect said .

I would also have a gally kitchen and hope they could put a nice size arch in the wall to extend some of the kitchen/dining room into the bedroom and make a really nice living room with a pullout sofa in the entrance room. What a great home this would make. I’d keep all the living upstairs, entrance as dining, open up the wall and put in a kitchen into the lounge and downstairs try to get in 2 bedrooms. Expose the ceilings, it would be gorgeous.

Would the foundations need underpinning in the cantina to put a bedroom downstairs? Good you’ve done a quote so people have a guesstimate 😊

Родиться на севере России на границе с Норвегией очень круто, суровая северная природа, северное сияние, заполярный круг. Но Италия, это мечта это сладкий яркий сон. Где у тебя маленький каменный дом с типичным для Италии камином (камины моя слабость 😅). Но черт возьми, почему во всех домах за маленькие деньги НЕТ ВАННЫ? Как такое может быть?)) Я понимаю, что люди так жили сто лет назад, но в 90е же можно было сделать душ и туалет((( один минус, нужно заплатить как три таких дома за ремонт((( Вывод, мечта это мечта( мечтать мне ещё долго ..😢

Nice two access doors, the bedroom/bathroom downstairs is a big area to renovate. 45k EUR could easily end up double that ! But still you have what you would like for under 100k all new and perfect.

Hello, It looks like the rock walls are crumbling. Not sure about the ceiling. The fireplace looks like plaster. Id make a bathroom in that small room. Upstairs renovating 1st. Then the cantina. Living room/laundry room and shower room. I wonder about radon gas in this area. Perfect for someone who cannot do to many stairs.

I like the house layout as it is. Dont understand the new stairs idea.

The roof needs to be replaced and the attic ceiling is low? A terrace possibly?

Could the cantina be made a separate apartment?

Could you live there without a car? Is there public transportation- train or bus to the sea and/or other cities?
