This was the last song my brother sent to me before he committed suicide last summer in July '19 ....... He knew I loved this song and found me the best version of it ..... When I listen, I hear him singing and playing his guitar.. He was gifted; this band is gifted.

Truly a fantastic song. From Chris Isaac to Stone Sour, this is just a well-written piece of music. Songs like this transcend genre and era. This one here is my favorite version.

Kyle... My best friend was struck by a train. He loved Corey Taylor's voice and he loved this song. Sometimes I come back to it and it reminds me of old memories. The resonance effect on the guitar and the bending into tune with the whammy bar is what made the original so haunting and memorable. Also, Chris Isaak had a controlled voice crack when entering the higher registers (like a yodel). I like Stone Sour, but I think the original will always be better in my book.
