Robert DeLeo said it was good, but holy cow! This is fantastic. If Scott or Chester was alive I'd love to see them sing to this arrangement. Thanks for the smile you brought to my face.
Honestly, this guy is so entertaining to watch, I could mute this and still enjoy the video. I love that you love what you're doing, and you're amazing at it.
Jeez, this makes me so, so happy. I saw that Robert DeLeo (bass player from STP) shared this on twitter, which is how I found it. You're amazing, Terrance. Fwiw, you just earned a fan, in me.
I am glad I stumbled upon this unexpectedly great piano cover of one of my favorite rock songs of the 90's. He did it wonderfully. The late Scott Weiland will be proud of this performance for sure
The Stone Temple Pilots are my favorite 90's band, I've never clicked so fast on a vid before! Yooooo this cover was perfect!!!!!!! And of you can, could you do a cover of Jeremy by Pearl Jam?
Oh Terrance you wonderful human being ! This is such a beautiful, inventive and original interpretation of 'Plush'. What a cool new way to play it ! The way you did it felt almost like it was always in there just waiting to be discovered. I'm here from the Take Five video that I had first seen years ago, had no idea you did an STP cover. Awesome man. 🤘
If Ray Charles and Chris Weiland were on a late night show together as guests, this would be played live after returning from a commercial - everyone would've loved it.
TEEEEEJAAAAAAAAY! I am SO GLAD you're back man! This was my favorite song in high school, and you KILLED IT! From one pianist to another, you are TALENTED, my friend! Listening to your improv is just pure gold. Peace and love, buddy.
I'd love to hear some covers of Joe Hisaishi's work, especially Sonatine I (Act of Violence). Anyway, not a huge fan of STP, but your playing is as great as ever. Good job Terrance.
