Are they in jail? Will they be fined? Will the STAY in jail? Will they go to trial and prison (caught in the act so no excuse for being found innocent) Wil their organization been fined (at LEAST however much it costs to restore Stonehenge) and/or forced to disband? Finally, part of their sentence should be they be tattooed head to soles of their feet the same orange as what they used on the heritage site!

We don't have security guards here, just people who work for the National Trust or English Heritage, whichever is in charge of it. Those two people probably just paid to get in like everyone else and smuggled the equipment in with them.

If you want to blame a named group as particular culprits it's the rich how consume and waste the most so are the biggest polluters. As for Oil we have only just started reducing our dependence on it and we have already reduced CO2 emissions proportionally.

Everyone should understand my work, that monument is all about The Taurid Meteor Stream, the causation of The Younger Dyas Impacts Theory / Fact and the ~4.3ka India Ocean space fall that produced the huge chevrons of the coastal areas. Stonehenge is an astral calendar that people would gather when crossing the pre-perihelion of said stream which was the Ancient New Year wherein The Five Days of Expected Doom (the central 5 trilithons) are added to the 360 day year. We ignore the rocky abrupt end of the Pleistocene ice cores, this "Pale Blue Dot is not immune to space debris. Our children carry on the exact same tradition and at the exact same time, going around asking strangers if it will be a bad or good outcome when crossing The Halloween Fireballs! Desecrating an important part of our heritage, built by our ancestors, is no excuse for any cause. It's pure vandalism. The 6th century Buddhas of Bamiyan were blown up by the Taliban in Afghanistan. They thought their cause was just but do you really believe that? Vandalism is just that and no amount of reasoning will make the damage right.
