So true i not only learnt the ways to be loved but also found how to live a happy n fit life from this videos . First thing i learnt is that If a person want to be treated well he should not criticise. Criticising others will do nothing but only your image will get down. Second lesson is that never complain. We will forget that time when we complained but one to whom we did will never forget. Even our religion ISLAM teachs to have patience every problem has a solution all we need to do is to concentrate that what is the solution of this problem instead of complaining . Indeed there is a great reward for patients. I think crying is not bad for health but crying in front of people is not good. Crying can decrease your burden but if you cry in front of people they will just make fun of it and if a person has self-respect so he will never show their tears to anyone . Never curse and just forgive everyone Because when we curse someone instead of forgiving this shows that there is envy inside us.. And a factor of jealousy will always be there. Last point teachs us to never compare oneself with anyone. Everyone has his own life with different fate, skills and mentality . All we should do is to recognize our own skill and work on it. All we should think is to make ourself better than yesterday. Always try be be best version of ourselves Many more to say about this but only will say that it was a complete code of living a happy life if a person applys these rules in his life.
