I have been doing it and felt that glow everyday. it helped me with breakouts too. and right now I have a really thin layer of Vaseline on my face.

I have normal to oily skin and I did it too. It still helped. It even made my pimples die out faster for some reason

i dont do slugging but i apply a thin layer of vaseline after my skincare every night and im getting visible changes in my face. my skin is clearer than before and it feels amazinggg and ive oily skin :D

Petroleum Jelly is known to clog pores if you use it in large portions, so Js apply a thin layer to avoid that.

Instead of vaseline, i use boroline and trust me its so good if you have dry skin and dry patches on your cheeks and near the mouth area 👍

After seeing everyone doing slugging with Vaseline I also tried but no one really tell us in details who should do this or who should not. As oily acne prone skin I tried it and on the next day boomm acne was all over my face that time I learned that before doing or trying or applying anything we should really do some research on it

I literally have to do slugging. My acne treatments make my skin peel and separate so bad and it’s horrible. Putting Vaseline all over my face is the one and only thing that helps. It doesn’t make me break out and really does help my skin

Guys you don't need THICK LAYER! just apply a pea sized amount evenly on your cleansed face also avoid the eye area, make sure to first moisturize with a light and non comodogenic moisturizer.

i have oily/ combination acne prone skin and do this every night! i apply a really thin layer on the less oily parts of my skin as well as under my eyes i add a thicker layer. it really helps moisturize and if you have oily skin don’t be afraid to hydrate and moisturize as it’s better than drying out your skin!

I have oily skin actually this jell is very helpful to reduce my acne and its scars and also now my skin is glowing and i really recommended for the oily and combination skin types

I used Vaseline for 2 weeks now and my skin has been so smooth then before and I had so many break outs and I started using Vaseline and my skin got so much better!

I have a dry skin and tried applying Vaseline on face but it caused me severe breakouts and white heads. Petroleum jelly is best when applied of body and not on face.

Actually you have to apply a thin layer of petroleum jelly because ofcourse applying too much can clog pores

i love doing the “slugging” technique by using Vaseline on my face as the last step in my skincare routine in the PM to seal in the moisture. It has done wonders for my dry sensitive skin! My only issue is in the morning I only wash my face with water and no cleansers as my skin is sensitive and dry, but I am worried that when I apply sunscreen in the morning it is not forming the proper layer of film it needs to form with my skin to provide that sun protection??? Due to the Vaseline being an occlusive and not letting the sunscreen inside?? So should I be washing my face with a proper cleanser in the morning to remove the Vaseline off my face before applying sunscreen in the morning??? Or do you think washing with water is enough and that sunscreen will be fine to apply on top of it?

I have use vaseline for a week at night after skincare but one day I have to stopped it cause even tho I have use a thin layer but still as a result my skin started to become black and pimples started to pop out. this is my result but I have seen many people use it and get better results : )

Yeah, i think so. Not everyone should try it. I use vaseline daily, day & night as my skin is dry as desert. My skin oils so rarely, like if it's really hot weather. After using vaseline on entire face, if my skin starts to oiling because of the hot weather then i get those red acne prones & bumps. So would also suggest you all to not use vaseline on face if you have oily skin. That's better option ❤
