It's a great video and you talk about a lot of useful concepts. One thing though: in the West they often say "believe in yourself". This way of saying is bordering on shirk. we must believe only in Allah and as far as we are concerned, it is enough not to be unjust towards ourselves (as is specified several times in the quran). Don't "believe" as much as support yourself. There is a phrase in the video that can be misinterpreted:
