he probably doesn't, but here are some arguments ig. nashor deals more dmg overall cuz u get to proc it way more, and to multiple people, lich is a one target 1.5 sec cd proc. it is weaker as a starting item and requires you to build shadowflame second or u'll be weak as shit. soooo nash is just better.

First it's so slow to proc, second your ult damage is so low because there's no on hit and last your wave clearing is worse than nashor
