@@bazookabanana4010 nobody should be supporting a reseller. They are not a "small business" they are parasites taking advantage of consumers looking to buy shoes at retail price.
Yep the shoes are limited, you can’t buy a hype retail whenever you want to, there a Millions of people trying to get those shoes too so it is not an easy task.
@@yangpain In the 90s there weren’t all these “entrepreneurs” reselling $100 dunks for $300-500. I get people need to make a little for securing a pair but 5 times retail, outta here with that bs
@@lun7r565 that’s not the point they were making they’re saying buying something and then reselling them isn’t being a entrepreneur if that was the case the kid that sells hot Cheetos for a dollar at school is a entrepreneur 🫤
@@googleaccount-xz3sj yeah you have a point but I want to say the difference is that it’s just one guy doing he doesn’t have at least a group and so many people are reselling shoes that you can’t even call it being an entrepreneur it’s just another business. But that’s how I see it though
@@googleaccount-xz3sj there’s a clear difference. Grocery stores are legitimate and authorized retailers. They have permission to sell those brands products and there’s overhead costs to pay. They pay employees, rent, electricity, etc. They don’t markup like crazy. You’re not buying a candy bar for $400. In shoe world Nike has other authorized retailers that sell their products for retail price. They don’t markup the cost.
I love that he is getting no love, like wow you go to shops at 8am and buy all the good shoes so no one else can, then sell them for £200 higher, thank you so much :D
@@unrestrictedinfluence Not really. Most resellers use bots to snatch up all pairs basically preventing you from being able to get your hands on them at retail. You clearly missed the point. I understand if you cop a pair or two and resell both. But to rob people of the chance of being able to cop at retail and not getting a pair just for them to have to pay extra is insane.
@@greenhillscustomlawncarell1139 so why do you have a problem with making re-sellers rich? Smh next time please use atleazt 1 brain cell before you respond back
@mack9992004 Except Footlocker sells sneakers at Retail not Resell prices lmao. They have a Nike Jumpman account just like champs, Dicks, etc. Footlocker is not comparable at all to a Stock X lmao
@@StayFocusedFrank What’s up bro name is Tyreke I’m from LA do you have an email I don’t have an ig im interested in buying a few shoes I can send you an email of some shoe pics to see if you have them hope to here from you
Understand that, but our price is just based off the current demand, if there’s a lot of people that want a shoe and it’s in limited quantities, ofc it will be pricey
@@StayFocusedFrank You just Bot, which if these sites would be able to block that shit, you would have no shoes to 3x or 4x the prices and they would be in the hands of someone who actually likes the shoe and isn't just trying to make a penny off someone.
I have no way of verifying so I appreciate the extra insurance through stockx and ebay authentication. Usually individual businesses are charging way more for the shoe than online. I'd like yo support but not for a 200 dollar upcharge
Nah individual sellers are way cheaper then goat, stock x or eBay I use stock x to get a rough estimate of resale value but every pair I’ve ever sold has been cheaper then stock x
Riceboy’s parents would be ashamed of his “job” bc he’s not a doctor or professional but they look past it bc he pays their bills. Only way they’re letting him stay in their house.
StockX has been da best place I get my shoes frm fr.. all my shoes I’ve gotten have been 100% authentic I’ve bid & bought the wrong size/shoe & they’ve refunded my money within the same day. Customer service is pretty good between 1-3 days. You can even chat with a specialist which is easier. All my shoes I’ve gotten have also been a lot more cheaper than resellers/hype stores. They have good prices. I’ve never had a problem with StockX simple. Bought over 4K in sales frm there just off sneakers..
@@duall-gamingchannel4254 A (good) businessman doesn't restrict his base of operations to a single social media platform that some people don't even use. As jocelyn3390 says, he literally buys a shoe at retail and then sells it at an exorbitant markup. He's not a businessman. He's a dictionary definition scalper. Unless you just want to call him a shitty businessman, but I'd rather you just learn how to be honest with yourself.
@@duall-gamingchannel4254 bro buying shoes and reselling isn’t business. Shits a scam and you know it. Ima wake up one day and start reselling and call myself the founder and ceo 💀
@@gucciboy4555 bro he buys in bulk meaning he pays resell price but at a bulk price. And he’s an in store god too. I’m pretty sure he’s said it before that he doesn’t bot
1 month shipping ??? Poor customer service?🤔Dawg out of every online purchase I’ve ever made stockx came the smoothest , it came in literally like 5 days
@@ForGlory1 yeah bro Stock X is 7/10. I have heard of ppl getting fakes but stock x will refund you if that was to happen. Me personally I have never received a fake out of about 20 pairs of shoes and never had to wait more than 2-3 weeks for a package
You the type that don’t wanna see a small business make it. You could give ur $ to someone with the exact same product for cheaper but u gonna give a big company you’re money cuz you’d hate to see another person get your $
Thanks Frank. I appreciate the grind and influence you give so many people like me. Your videos had a big influence in getting me into sneakers, and I just bought m first dunks with my own money. Ik this isn’t much, but just wanted u to know. Thanks bro
Thank you for that my guy! Sorry I didn’t see this sooner, I appreciate it so much and I’m glad I could inspire you Brodie! Much love ❤️! Stay focused 🫡
I mainly use it as a catalogue to save shoes I liked or found interesting. Then I don’t have to remember the shoes in my head or take up space in my photos
Instead of doing either of these, but your Jordan’s off of GOAT. They sell Jordan’s for a tad bit more but they have a verification process. So before the shoe is sent to you, they verify it. If it passes, it gets shipped. If it fails it gets returned or smth idk. Way better.
The fact that someone can buy out a stock of an item and then charge more for no reason. Then call themselves a small bussiness and ask for support is so pathetic.
As somebody who ships to Stock X, GOAT, and eBay, I can assure you that GOAT is definitely the most picky with authentication but also the place I sell my shoes for the highest amount lol
Just made my first order. The shoes were supposed to take 2weeks, but Its been a month and I haven't received anything. I know the process that Stock X does to authenticate the shoes, so I remained patient, however I wanted to check in. Icontacted them and they said they shoes were lost in the mail(being mailed to stockX). I recived a refund, but will not buy from them again because of poor customer service.
@@dominikaksiazek7177 no.. limited sneakers are so expensive because theyre limited. what? like if ur talking specifically abt limited sneakers that has nothing to do w reselling. a good example are the freddy krueger dunks that are extremely valuable. even if resellers didnt exist those dunks would still be extremely expensive because theyre limited lol.
Well now days with almost every release being cheap and accessible except for some sbs or collabs it’s easier for us not to buy from resellers anymore unless they selling under retail
Screw these big ass companies. The experience sucks. if you get your own personalized shoe guy. Your going to be so much happier. Even if it cost more.
U take more risk buying from a regular person… thing is the price probably not even gonna be much better for the most part. Might as well stick to the big resell companies at that point just to be safe
Might as well buy shoes from stock x not like if anybody was gonna notice they are fake and sometimes they arent even fake plus sneaker resellers do not ship international and yall are the reason why people can even buy shoes from shelves at nike or other shoe stores.
I’m not knocking you or any thing but I’ve personally ordered a lot of shoes off of stock X and it’s always been fast shipping great customer service and is always at good price.
