@@diana.forgodsglory9224 if you split the yogurt into two servings then you should get about 15 grams of protein on average. With the granola if it has nuts then more protein. 🥰
Wow thanks this yogurt recipe and nice way to utilize tofu. Need to eat yogurt more and glad I came across you for this. Keep doing your thing and might consider getting your recipe cookbook. I also like to add some fruit to mine and chocolate
That look so amazingly delicious. I need to make that but without the granola grand daughter is allergic to dairy, eggs and oak so far. But I’m not😂😂😂thank you for sharing your recipe.
I’m sure you could use coconut powder. You will may need to add a like plant based milk to make up for the moisture lost from not using the coconut milk. But if you just use coconut powder I bet you’d get more of a Greek style yogurt. 🤔😊
Hmmm…so far I haven’t made this recipe with anything else. Although I do believe some stores carry no soy tofu. I’m just not sure of how the taste and texture would be. ☺️🤗🥰💖
Absolutely! You can definitely substitute any plant-based milk in the yogurt recipe. Just keep in mind that different milks may yield slightly different textures and flavors, but it should still be delicious! ☺☺☺
Does it matter what kind or type of tofu to use and any alternative suggestions. Can you put it in freezer or only refrigerate. Thanks and really appreciate this yummy yogurt dish
Well, so far I haven’t tried to freeze it, only have had it in the fridge. No specific brand of yogurt as it has worked with most that I’ve tried it with. I for sure like to use firmer tofu for thicker yoghurt. I can’t think of any alternatives off the top of my head currently. 🥰
How much does a block of Tofu weigh? I’m in England and have never bought it before. I love this recipe and last year became gluten and lactose intolerant. I have been lost for a year. Found your Chanel recently. 😊👍🏾
Hello, this recipe didn't really require a bacteria/culture. It thickens up and gives the yogurt type flavor on its own. I wanted to make it simple, affordable and flavorful. 😍
@@catmandoo956 yes when they are handled properly on there own. But some large commercial companies produce and process the oats with other glutenous grains like wheat, barley and rye. ☺️
