Whenever I get a bit upset about the slow weight loss (5 kg in the month since I started following you), I remember a quote from David Goggins (who I found because of you): “You’re not done when you’re tired, you’re done when you finish.” (Or something like that) I will be done when I get to my goal, no matter how long it takes. If I’m not done, I can’t quit. Thank you for your inspiration! I loved this video

i have a question, im trying to loose my puffy face, currently 157 like 5’11 and 17, ive lost about 45 pounds but have low mussle mass so got a little fat left to loose
but the system i was ysing isnt working anymore due to the change in weight, do you have a recommendation for calories, fat, how much (water and salt from ur other tips video on face fat) i should have in a day, thanks 🙌

so many should listen to this - people get influensed instead of motivated. They try to do syncronized swimming with a fulltime professional fitness athlete and compare their own progress, eat 3500 cals/day - do a bro split and wonder why they never get results after 3 months, run instead of walk to burn fat and wonder why they always crave carbs and sugar. Well done man - keep up motivating the community

How did you do a video on optimal and not say ‘screw optimal’ Everything you said, once again, straight up facts. You need to find a program that is fun not optimal. If you hate it you will stop. I know, having done so many times. Making optimal be aimed at optimal fun not optimal progress.
