Day 2 (13-6-2024) Breakfasts at 9.00am Idili3, sambar one bwl , Chutney small plate. Mms at 11.30am Chenna kadala boiled small plate. Lunch at 2.00pm Brown rice, sambar, mathi shallow fry. Es at 4.00pm Ragi porridge Fruits, musanbi Dinner at 6.00pm Porata 3(cravings) Chicken curry oil free 8 glass water done. Not completed Used chunk food By cravings

10 days l onum weight stuck ennu urappikkan pattilla.. Initial days l kittunna weight loss pineed angot expect cheyyaruth.. One month l overall oru 2-5 kg vare okkye kurayuka ullu.. Athil kooduthal kurayilla..10 days l chilapo ningalkk 2 kg kuranju kaanum but same 2 kg next 10 days l ecpect cheyyaruth.
