I have a hard time surrendering control of who i speak to throughout my day. i hear God all the time telling me to speak to these people, then i overthink and question, “is that really you though, God?” and then i don’t. i get anxious and i pass the stranger or the person in my church. this sermon is so good & really highlighted this area for me.

God I release everything I struggle with telling the truth regardless if ppl will come to me again, finding out what’s wrong with my daughter, postpartum, Balancing love and attention to all 6 of my children equally and still having enough time for my husband and myself, maintaining self care, and allowing Him to work out things that are to come. I want to let God take control of my worrying and anxiety and doubt . I'm living with my abusive father and doing all I can to try and find a way out. I have faith that God has a plan to get me out and i need to let him b in control of my life and to trust that he will get me thru this and to stop worrying and doubting and put my full trust and faith in him.
I give God my severe anxiety. It attacks me everyday all day until I break down in tears and can't focus. I give Him those things on my heart that make me that paralyzed in fear. Amen.

You are not alone @saltofthearthbr! Control is an easy trap to fall into, but it's an illusion too, as none of us are truly in control of our lives or circumstances. Only God. Father, please help this child to let go of their plans, habits and schedules little by little and let you rule and reign in all their day. Give them the flexibility to change their to-do list if they are interrupted or if you present other opportunities for them. Amen.

I’m surrendering my FEAR to Jesus. After a bad helicopter experience almost 2 years ago I’ve been petrified of flying. Yes I am a Christian but I’ve been afraid of death ever since. I want to have full faith that Jesus has me all the way through this life and on to Heaven one day but my emotions and fears get in the way at times. Jesus I pray you would help me surrender that fear and worry to you, that you would help me face my fears with boldness.

It took me a tough scolding from my second born for me to surrender my first born who had got into drug addiction, to God. I had tried all ways to make her change but everytime I tried I got frustrated till I almost fell into thinking God doesn't care.
It's so easy to feel defeated and start to get upset with God. Trust that He does care and will never leave you! Lord, please deliver this child from addiction, restore the relationships that need to be mended, and draw this whole family near to You! Amen! - Kayla
