2:03 my hip position was right. Angle at knee is usually 120°. 2:47 my back position was wrong. Weak glutes. even bar weight seems too much. 4:50 my foot position was right. 6:30 i don't jerk. nor do I hit on floor. 7:50 i don't hyperextend my back. 9:03 will do barefoot now until larger plates are added. 9:14 using hip-width. 9:20 mistakenly hyperextended my neck. 9:30 push floor with legs. 9:39 not using 8-9 inch platform.
