I don’t really think that her point was to make it look better. I’m pretty sure her point was to make it a bit tighter. Plus a messy bun doesn’t necessarily mean a bun that looks “bad” it’s more of a bun that’s just naturally messy, but can look pretty. Either way, I totally get your point.
I used to do a ponytail, divide it in two & twist each section around. Didn't even need bobby pins. Just tucked the ends under the ponytail holder. Of course my hair was much longer then.
Omg this helped me so much I was doing my hijab bun myself for the first time with almost no experience and without that weird ending I did this as a low bun and it worked so well thank you so much
For me i just put my hair in a bun and i don't care how it looks like bc I'm literally in my room and no one sees me i just do it randomly and then move on no tut or stuff like that😭😭
