Stop Drifting and Losing Anchors - Fishing Tips 

This video shows how to properly anchor on a reef without losing your anchor. The key is using a sand anchor with a chain length equal to your boat's length, along with a trip system made from thin wire (not zip ties) to allow the anchor to break free when leaving. I explain why short chain causes drifting, and how to retrieve the anchor using an anchor ball/yanker. Tips are given for avoiding anchor loss, drifting, and dangers of speeding off while anchored.
