The price appears very low but it’s in the middle of no where. Because you only get what you pay for in life. Unless you do not mind living at a place, God forbid at night you get sick and there is no hospital around and also no schools but the closest thing is a church, then I will say go for it. The place might have people coming in there in about 10 years. so if you want to wait then it’s a good investment. If you buy the completed homes and you want to live in it right now, might be very challenging considering the distance from major inner city shopping malls, schools, hospitals and local markets. I believe buying the land and constructing a fence wall and allowing the area the pick up later on will be the best option before you build.

I bought two plots of land at same area and in fact the land is very good for any building project , the land is very nice I really like the place
